- How do I upload my receipt?

  Your receipt will be reviewed within 24‑48 hours. Keep your receipt until you receive an email (within 24‑48 hours of receipt upload) confirming that your receipt was approved and your $10 Tims^® at Home coupon is being sent by mail.
- How long do I have to wait to get my confirmation email after I upload my receipt?
  
  Once approved, you’ll receive an email with confirmation that your receipt was approved (no later than 24‑48 hours after your receipt is submitted) and your $10 Tims^® at Home coupon is being sent by mail.
- What happens if my receipt is not approved?
  
  If your receipt isn’t approved, you’ll receive an email within 24‑48 hours after your receipt is submitted explaining why. If there was a problem with the picture of your receipt, you will be prompted to re‑upload.

  Head to a participating Canadian retailer with your $10 Tims^® at Home coupon. Purchase any participating Tims^® products and hand your coupon to the sales associate at checkout. The coupon is valid for one‑time‑use only and cannot be reimbursed for cash value.
  
  The coupon will expire on March 15^th, 2020.

Purchase $30 (pre-tax) of Tims^® at Home products (excluding Ready-to-drink Iced Capp^® products – full list of eligible products available at timsathomeholiday.com) in a single transaction at a retail store in Canada and retain the sales receipt. Next, visit timsathomeholiday.com and submit a photo of your receipt by 11:59:59 PM ET on January 15, 2020. You are eligible to receive a $10 coupon (redeemable toward Tims^® at Home products, excluding Ready-to-drink Iced Capp^® products – full list of eligible products available at timsathomeholiday.com) to a specified retailer (see full terms and conditions for details) for each eligible $30 purchase you make, up to a limit of 5 coupons per household.
