Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop Enters an Exclusive Partnership as the Official Coffee of the Detroit Lions and Ford Field

DETROIT-September 28, 2011-Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop is proud to announce it's the official coffee of the Detroit Lions and the official coffee served throughout Ford Field vending locations.  This partnership makes Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop one of Detroit's largest professional sports sponsors.

The partnership with Ford Field and the NFL team is one of a number of partnerships the quick-serve restaurant chain has with Detroit professional sports teams.  Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop also is the official coffee of the Detroit Pistons, the Detroit Red Wings and Ontario Hockey League's Plymouth Whalers. The brand's Always Fresh premium blend coffee is served throughout vending spots in The Palace at Auburn Hills and Joe Louis Arena.

Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop has exclusive coffee pouring partnerships with the Athletics at the University of Michigan and Michigan State University where coffee is served at football, basketball and hockey sporting venues.
